CA3083

 The CA3083 is a versatile array of five high-current NPN transistors 

 (up to 100 mA) on a common monolithic substrate. 

 Additionally, two of these transistors (Q1 and Q2) are low current matched 

 (1 mA) for applications where offset parameters are
